Why FRP Moulded Grating

Compared with traditional metal gratings, the most significant advantage of FRP moulded grating is its outstanding corrosion resistance. It resists acids, alkalis, salts, organic solvents and other chemicals, making it ideal for chemical, petroleum, sewage treatment and other corrosive environments. FRP grating is also lightweight, easy to install, electrically insulating, and flame-retardant — which is why it is widely used in electronics, power, paper, printing and dyeing, electroplating, marine exploration, equipment platforms, drilling platforms and walkways.

The surface of moulded grating can be supplied with anti-slip patterns, increasing safety in wet environments and adding wear resistance. Panels are available in yellow, green, gray, red and orange to suit aesthetic or functional needs.

FRP Moulded Grating with Cover Plate

Cover-plate gratings are formed by bonding moulded FRP grids with hand-laid FRP flat plates to create a single- or double-sided sealed structural panel. High strength, suitable for heavy-duty environments; effectively isolates odors, protecting the surrounding environment. Cover plate thickness 3–12 mm, designed to your specific load requirements.
